庆祝2022虎年：第一届中医药保护野生动物大会
由纽约中医学院与维吉尼亚整合医学大学联合主办的“庆祝2022虎年：中医药保护野生动物大会”于2022年10月16日在加州旧金山金融区希尔顿酒店举行（会议同步进行线上直播）。本次大会旨在纪念24年前虎年成功推动中医药禁用虎骨的历史成果，并强调当下再次携手保护其他仍在使用、且正面临灭绝风险的濒危物种的紧迫目标。大会邀请中医药执业者、中医药科研人员、野生动物保护倡导者及其他利益相关方，共同探讨野生动物保护的问题与挑战，例如中医药对穿山甲的使用正导致其种群数量急剧下降。本次大会同时也是全美华裔中医药总会的2022年年会。
